Brazil offers 2 free events for less pain, more love

Two free online events are being offered to help people dealing with loneliness, self-doubt, and emotional overload.

The first event is the Power of Love Summit, a free online event scheduled for June 2 through June 8. The summit will feature conversations with more than 40 experts in psychology, spirituality, trauma healing, and relationships. Speakers include Tara Brach, Kristin Neff, Sharon Salzberg, Rick Hanson, Nicole LePera, and the Gottmans.

Topics covered at the summit include healing emotional wounds, rediscovering personal worth, building self-love, reducing self-doubt, creating deeper connections in relationships, mending family ties, and turning heartbreak into strength. The event will also offer guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, dance, affirmations, and a sound bath.

Organizers said the summit goes beyond surface-level advice to address the root causes of disconnection and self-doubt. The event covers self-love, romantic relationships, family bonds, friendship, and the role of love in healing communities.

Registration is free and includes five bonus gifts.

Second event focuses on calm and resilience

The second event is a free week-long online course called The Seven Strengths. The course starts on May 13 and is designed to help people find calm and steadiness during stressful times.

The event includes short daily teachings and guided practices. Topics include feeling calmer, reducing reactivity, reconnecting with compassion and clarity, and building emotional resilience. Teachers include Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzberg, and Kristin Neff.

The Seven Strengths course is normally priced at $110, but it is being offered for free during this live event. Registration includes three bonus gifts.

Both events are being offered as support for people facing difficult times. Organizers said the teachings are meant to bring more peace and love into daily life.
